5. Hosting & Maintenance

For hosted sites, we provide reasonable efforts to ensure availability and performance. However, no service can be 100% uninterrupted. We may perform maintenance or updates from time to time.

6. Warranties & Liability

Services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
